I made a mugshot sign clutch out of a black file holder and white nail polish. It will hold my keys, license, money and possibly a camera. I bought the tights. I made a black puffy skirt for an 80s costume last year. I made the black handcuff belt by sewing black stretchy bands together.
I made a bracelet using a necklace wrapped around several times with keys on it. I made the name tag with envelope paper and drew the wording on the back of the orange dress myself. All I have to add is some freckles with my mother's dark red lip liner...
I'll take pictures of the final result next weekend!
Fantastic! What soire will you be attending?
