You will need a fire fighter, devil, or valentine's related costume to alter, ping pong balls, black or blackened with marker stickers to cut into eye balls, oven mitts from eBay, pipe cleaners, red tights and shorts.

Remove details from red costume that don't fit, trace eye ball stickers using a dime, puncture ping pong balls with a pen, wrap pipe cleaners around a headband, use glitter eye makeup and a strong red lip.  Happy Halloween!
